Share your organizing tips

I know a lot of you ladies are organized people and enjoy doing it.  Are you willing to share some tips to help me out?  Share anything you think will be helpful, how to declutter my house, keep random things in order (junk mail/bills/toys), cleaning schedules, organization items you use, anything you can think of.  I know my life is going to get even more hectic in a couple of months and I'd like to have some sort of organization in my life.  What helps you?
