Not looking forward to this appointment!

I have an appointment with my GYN Thursday. At the last appointment(three months ago) I got the "you're a little overweight" talk.  I immediately started my low carb diet after that.  However, I haven't really lost anything because I eat what I want on the weekends and don't exercise.  So....I'm not looking forward to seeing her again.  Do you guys ever wonder if they account for the weight of your clothing?  They really should weigh people naked....lol.  That's probably an extra 5 lbs!!
