NBR: House- Timing Stinks!

DH and I are looking to sell our house in the next year and hopefully move into something bigger.  I usually look online- just "window shopping".  I always loved the house I grew up in and the neighborhood.  The house next door to my childhood home is for sale right now.  It's an amazing house and has been really kept up.  I have so many great memories in that house because the lady who owned it was like a grandmother to me.  I wish we were ready to buy right now!  Being responsible stinks!!!
