I haven't done one of these posts in a while, because I've been slacking in the meal planning department. But both my waistline and bank account benefit when I stick to it, so I'm back at it this week! What are you ladies making?
Mon: leftover grilled chicken on top of a salad w/ homemade balsamic vinaigrette and some goat cheese (for me), leftover chicken and some broccoli mixed into mac and cheese (for E)
Tues: going to my parents for dinner
Wed: turkey Italian sausage on the grill w/ peppers and onions on homemade rolls and a veggie.
Thurs: tacos, avocado corn salad and Mexican brown rice
Fri: going to a 30th birthday party, so we'll eat there.
Sat: grilled whole wheat pizzas
Sun: marinated sirloin steaks, potatoes and salad
