OUCH! Molly decided to wean...

So she was still BFing four times a day, and three days ago she basically decided she is done. She has BF'd twice in those three days. And I am in pain! I never went through this with Chelsea, she weaned really gradually over the course of a few months. But this time I am so engorged. I've been using ice packs and wearing a tight bra...any other suggestions?
