5 weeks after c-section and new pain

In the last two days I've had increasing tenderness around my incision.  Last night when I woke up to feed E, it was worse, hot to the touch and seems swollen.  I called today thinking it was possible infection (although no fever) but the nurse asked if I had done to much in the last 5 weeks.  I certainly have.  She said it could be a possible hernia and told her now that I think about it, I could feel a bump about an inch below my belly button. She just responded, "Oh no."  Now I'm scared.  I go in at 11:30 and fearing that's what it is.  

Yesterday was stressful enough as I got a certified letter from NYS tax saying I owed them 900. for a tax id number.  I got it sorted out in about 30 minutes and now they are paying me a (very, very small) refund but I was a mess by the time it was over.  I'm over stress this week.  Err.
