Your kid comes in and asks you where the band aids and neosporin are after him / his friend were out riding bikes.  A's friend is over and skinned both  his knees, elbows, and some of his forearm!  Needless to say, DH had to run to the store to get some bigger gauze pieces.

 The friend said to me - "this happens to me all the time - i'll just come and find you when I need a bandage change"
