1st diaper rash. Quick tips?

DD had their 1 yr. shots on Friday (MMR + Chicken Pox) and on Saturday/Sunday, she started with a strange tan/gray colored mushy poo.  (Sorry to be graphic)  It's finally seeming to start to turn back to 'normal' colored poop and become more firm.

In any event, I think it's due to the shots but has resulted in our first diaper rash.  This is our first one, so I need to fast-track to remedies that work fast (I don't have time for trial and error).

What works for you?
