What do you do about biting?

DD is usually pretty good, but she bit me this weekend...HARD. She had taken a bite out of a piece of paper and I did the finger sweep to try to get it out. She had it jammed back against the back of her cheek so I was having a hard time getting it out. That's when she decided she'd bite down.

I told her "no, that hurts mommy's finger" but didn't know if there's anything else I can do to emphasize that biting is a no no. WWYD?
