Belly Button Pain?

Hello, I am new here and am currently 4 weeks and 6 days! Yesterday I started experiencing a twingy sensation just about my belly button that comes and goes. It does not hurt, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this around this time, and should I be concerned? Thanks for the help.
