2nd time (or more) moms..question

What's your plan for talking to your lo about the new baby?  I know some of you have very young babies so it doesn't really apply, but for those with toddlers? I'm kind of avoiding mentioning it to dd right now because she's a little parrot, and I don't need her pointing to my belly saying 'baby' all the time around people I don't want to know!
