M: DH works late... leftover chicken and pasta salad for me and Evan

T: Going out for dinner and to see Wicked with my mom! My dad is watching E, so I'll pull out a half a pan of baked ziti from the freezer for them and maybe bake up some garlic knots.

W: steak sandwiches (on homemade rolls), oven fries and salad

Th: Cinco De Mayo... tequila-lime marinated chicken tacos, mexican rice and guacamole. Maybe some margaritas or Coronas too!

F: homemade pizza and salad

Sat: cedar plank salmon on the grill, orzo and a veggie

Sun: cookout at my parents for Mother's Day
