Those pouch baby foods

If you are letting your toddler eat them how many are you giving them a day? Ethan constantly asks for them.  He has eaten 3 baby foods today.  It is not his primary source of food. He had a good breakfast and dinner today.  I like that it's healthy and not cookies or junk food he is asking for but I feel like he is a big boy and doesn't need them.  I don't know if he reallly likes them or it's b/c that is what sophia is eating or b/c we just got back from pittsburgh and my niece eats 2 for every meal b/c she has become super picky and barely eats solid food.
