NBR: WWYD lease issue

So our tenants in Ohio were supposed to be in the house until July 2012. Well they've now separated and we're working with them on new conditions to make it a one year lease (with a penalty for breaking the lease early). The lady has moved out and wants her name off the lease. We're worked out new terms with the man who will be moving out this July instead of next. Would you take her name off the lease?
