Any tips for ringing in ears?

At least since I got out of work (or since I got to wegmans after work) last night my right ear has been ringing.. I have no idea why or how to make it stop.. I dont' recall anything being super loud or anything..

How do I make it stop? I remember my husband had this a few years ago and he went to an ENT for it but nothing really helped.. and I guess it just eventually went away on its own.
