Ow! Natalie was bf"ing super well until yesterday morning when 50lbs of milk came in and now she can't latch. I have a PISA pump I used with Justin (and used just fine until today) and my boobs are so hard I feel like even the pump can't "grab on". I tried hot shower, heating packs, massage, manual expressing- nothing is working and im getting super mad. Do I just wait put the engorgement or will it affect my supply?
