Hello, i broke up with my sons father a month ago, im still waiting on child support to get established and he hasn't contacted the court-which i hope he doesn't -he is a psyco drunk who i do not want rights to my baby.

 

but if he does contact the court and is granted visitations... what sorta or visitations do they give a father with a baby? will he have to stay the night? be alone with him? i know every sitiuation can be different... but does it still normally consist of everyother weekend and wednesdays like older kids?
