ALB: Anyone been to the Pass it On sale?

I plan to go for the first time next week and I'm wondering what to expect on the first open-to-the-public day. Is 9am going to be really busy, or is there still lots of stuff available later in the day? I'm actually taking time off of work to go, so I don't want to over- or under-estimate how much time I'll want to spend shopping and need to wait in the checkout line.

Any tips for what goes the quickest? I'm hoping to find a small play kitchen, inexpensive umbrella stroller, a safety gate or playyard, and other random things.
