Infant rocker vs. bouncer seat-thoughts?

Sorry I don't know how to make it clicky on a mac! Ugh.  Anyways, now for the dumb question. Is this the same as a bouncer seat? We did not register for one, but planned on buying one for the house, kind of like this

Thoughts on either? Differences between a rocker and a bouncer? My aunt is totally okay with us exchanging the rocker for something else we need, so that is not a worry. Just curious what other Mom's would prefer?  Thanks!
