GMD orange or yellow edge prefold with Thirsties Duo Wrap?

Would you purchase GMD's orange or yellow edge prefold to go with size 1 Thirsties Duo Wrap for your newborn?  My first child was almost 7lbs at delivery so I expect my second to be right around the same weight.  I would probably have to fold down the yellow edge prefold if I'm using the cover on its smallest setting.  Do you typically fold the front or the back in?  if the baby is sleeping on his back I would think having that extra fold in the back would be uncomfortable for him.  Any advice would be appreciated.
