Ok, so the post from the mod on 1st tri says:

"So, I suggest that if you need a recommendation for a retailer/vendor, that you post a request and ask that people PM you their recommendations."

Is she implying we shouldn't even be publicly posting brand names? Like we shouldn't be saying "I buy from so and so on Etsy"?

Where is this rule actually written out?
