I was reading on whattoexpect.com that a good way to calculate how much a serving size should be is to give a tablespoon of each food group for every b-day they've had. If that's the case then I am giving Dylan WAY too much!! A tablespoon seems like nothing to me. And Dylan can seriously eat about 6-8 raviolis so that would be like 12 tablespoons....lol. I've always thought at his age he would just eat until he's full, unlike me who eats way past that. I find it hard to judge portion sizes too because I have such a big appetite. I have to keep in mind that I'm serving kids, not adults.
