Staining troubles

We're having issues with staining on many of our diapers - we wash every other day, sometimes every day, with RnG. I have an older top loading washer, and do a cold rinse, hot wash, cold rinse x 3. DD is EBF.

Any thoughts on why this could be? Should I be using a different type of RnG possibly (we use classic right now, we have pretty average well water)? 

Unfortunately it's harder than heck to sun out anything right now too, living where I live in the middle of winter.
