Help! Stains on 1st wash! WTD?

I had done a prewash as instructed and then used my CDs and just ran them through a wash cycle (2 cold rinse, 1 hot wash, cold rinse) and they are stained still.  It is light, but I can still see it.  The diapers are a BG 3.0 AIO and an econobum shell.  Help!  If they are stained after one wash, how are they going to last me??  Is there anything I can do?  Also, the detergent I used was Eco brand (or something like that) but was a recommended brand.
