I got a letter in the mail ordering DD and I to appear for genetic testing on 3/7. I am really confused as to why DB is doing this. As some of you know, he has always claimed DD as his and has harrassed me for visitation rights for the last 10 months (when he wasn't in jail.) I'm not sure why he feels the need to draw it all out. The prosecuter I spoke with said the judge will backdate the CS to at least the date DB was served if not further.
