Ring Sling-ers

For those of you who use ring slings, what's the max time limit you'd keep your LO in it?

 No matter how low I make the pocket and raise his knees, the lower rail always seems to pinch his legs, and I obviously have no desire to cut off his circulation. Looked at a few videos, but no matter how I adjust it (hip carry) it always happens and I wind up taking it off after 30 minutes or so. 

Any suggestions?
