My diet is pretty predictable these days, as I know what works and what doesn't.
Or, I thought I did.
I typically have 2 small steak tacos and salad for lunch. My # is normally in the 100-110 range afterward. On Monday, I had this lunch and my # was 103. On Tuesday, I had the same and it was 147?!
I re-tested a couple times, and each time it was coming up 150, 148, etc--so I don't think it's a meter issue.
Should I try the same lunch again today or just go for something different? Maybe my hormones were going crazy yesterday? What do you ladies think?
