questions for my bedrest ladies

I am currently back on bedrest only 2 second day. Tomorrow i have an appt which doctor will tell me if i will remain on bedrest my questions are the following..

 

Whats the difference of strict bed rest and Modified bed rest?

Do you lay flat on your back or prompted up on pillows? Is laying on a sofa ok?

what do you do when you go to a an appt? Do you drive? sit and wait in waiting area?

Not bed rest related but Did you purchase a heart rate doppler to ease your mind?

I am sure i have more questions but i just went blank....
