Worried about my symptoms

I'm 23, and this is my 2nd time being pregnant. I had a miscarriage last year. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant and heard the heart beat at 6 weeks, which is a good sign for me because I never heard it in the 1st pregnancy. Lately I've been having some cramping and abdominal pains that feel tight but keep going and coming. I'm not sure if this from gas or not but I'm scared I'm going to miscarry again.
