Ergo Carrier Moms.

Just wondering if you guys are still using yours? Is it comfortable...how about when worn on the back?  There is a one year old Ergo that just came up on CL for $20... it's only a good deal if I can actually use it still, my little guy is almost 24lbs.  TIA
