Are my symptoms normal for this early?

I think I am only about 4 to 5 weeks along, but am not entirely sure. My breasts were sore and had grown larger 3 weeks ago, I've had cramping and I already have a small bump. From what I read and hear from others, this doesn't seem normal for my breasts to be so large and sore at 1 to 2 weeks and for me to have a bump already. Is it?
