How we holding up this morning?

Well it's hump day middle of the week and I have 1 more day until I see the doctor .

Not been sleeping at all will be talking to my doctor about it , partly due to being pregnant and also dealing with the death of my Aunt Penny as well as the death anniversaries which has been hard it brings up a lot   of questions that remain unanswered , guess I need to call my mental health provider and talk to her about the feeling and crap that's going on , have tried writing it all down but that doesn't really help , don't mind me I'm just venting away .
