Not sure if Im preggo. Help!

So I am 24 years old me and my husband had intercourse twice during ovulation. My periods have always been pretty regular. They're always on time, always 7 days, and I have the worse symptoms, cramps, bloating, everything. As of right now AF is 2 almost 3 days late. The last few days I have had very mild cramping, backaches, headaches, and a few other symptoms. I took a pregnancy test yesterday (one day after missed AF) and it came up negative. I read it is very common for a PT to show up negative that early. A couple hours ago I had very light pink spotting, but still no AF. Im sure I will find out tomorrow if it is AF or not. Has anything like this happened to anyone and was actually pregnant?
