Need advice: Feel like a sloth

I have been on modified bed rest for 3 weeks now and I feel like such a sloth. Before MBR I was going to the gym 5-6 times a week, running after my toddler, and walking several miles a day (to and from the park.) Now I'm barely doing anything and I'm not going to lie, it's really hard.

I have some body image issues and I'm having a really hard time accepting this new way of life for the time being. I know the big picture, a healthy baby girl, is all that matters but I'm slowly starting to sink into a depression.

How do you ladies do it? Is there anything that makes you feel less like a sloth and more like yourself pre BR? I have a long road ahead of me so I'm willing to try anything.
