Anyone else's stomach just....feel funny

Cramps? But not really cramps. Maybe like stretching, or an ache? I don't know how to describe it but it just feels.... Weird. I'm only about 5 weeks along. Also the most uncomfortable lower back pain....am I going insane? Lol
