Extremely low PAPP-A and fbHCG - help!

My 12 week screening showed the following:

0.15 MOM fbHCG (1 percentile)

0.12 MOM PAPP-A (1 percentile)

NT 1.0 mm

The nasal bone was visible on U/S and the NT was great at 1.0. My OB said he has never seen a successful pregnancy with PAAP-A and HCG as low as mine. Most with blood serums this low end in Trisomy 13 or 18 apparently. Am waiting on CVS results. Has anyone out there had a good result with numbers this low???
