eating

DS is almost 6 weeks. For the first 2 weeks I was EBF. he ate about every 45 to 90 min. And would eat for 20 min.
Then up until 4 weeks I EP he would eat 1 to 2 oz every 2 hrs. this was day and night.
at 4 to 5 weeks he would only get up 2.times at night.
But now he is STTN and eating 3 oz when he wakes up. And 3oz every 3 to 5 hrs... Is this normal? Should I be waking him at night to feed him?
