It's twins! 

Two sacs measuring on track with yolk sacs and fetal poles - just a bit too early for a hb. 

After everything we have been through to get to this point - it is hard to believe that not only this worked - but both embryos stuck.   If I wasn't there myself I don't know if I would have believed it.
