scared obese n pregnant

Hello I'm new I'm now 5 months pregnant and the farther I get the more scared I get I'm 5'11 335 pounds. So far my doctor says everything is going fine but I'm so worried I had high blood pressure before getting pregnant n now in my 2nd trimester it is back high. I'm scared of having another miscarriage I had one before but it happened at 5 Weeks. Is it anything I can do to be safe n have an healthy child?
