Is it diaper rash?

Hi all..

 

My baby girl is 8 months old and recently i noticed that she has a oblong oval shape on the upper portion of her vagina. It is right where the front of the diaper covers (hope that makes sense)  Anyways, I have done a lot of research but it does not seem or look to be diaper rash. It is not red or itchy, it is just an oblong oval that is slightly darker then her normal skin color. I immediately thought ring worm but it does not have the characteristics... I have called the pedi. but don't have an appointment until Weds....

 

Any suggestions?
