Anyone else pop out at 8 weeks?

I just noticed today at 8 weeks 4 days I've popped out in my lower stomach and its hard. Is this normal? I thought it was early and am just thinking if I pop out now, I'll be huge by the 3rd trimester. I guess every pregnancy is different but just am hoping I'm not alone...?
