electric nerve pain? In leg?

I am only 6 days pp, but I have a horrible electric-type shooting pain down the side of my hip and leg. It's not a sciatic nerve pain....but feels similar...just in a different part of the hip/leg. I'm a little paranoid that this is an effect of the c/s. Anyone else? Is this a permanent thing?
