Natural childbirth in a hospital??

Hello! First time mommytobe and I have a few questions about natural delivery in a hospital. With the Dr I have chosen I am set to deliver in Dec Scottsdale Shea and I was wondering if any of you know or have experience about delivering natural, w/o medication in a hospital. Can you use any other positions to deliver other than flat on your back? Are birthing balls available? A tub to labor in? If any of you know or can share you experience from that hospital or any other please share! I was considering delivering at home with a midwife, but my DH feels most comfortable with us choosing a hospital, so I would like as much as possible to have a home birth experience in a hospital, if that's even possible = thank you!!
