Transition from cruisers to easy ups

Just wondering who has made this transition and if you liked the easy ups. I have heard they rip easily and are hard to get on/off.. which may lead to poopy accidents. I was just curious because I love pampers but we are ready for the change and if I have to I will try a different brand
