When do you know your LO is full?

I BF and then supplement after most daytime feedings with a bottle.  My LO has never turned away "telling me" that she is full.  My Pediatrician said that you can't over feed at this age, she is 10 weeks.  She said she will either stop eating or throw up after.  She sometimes spits up after feedings, but never "throws up."  She always starts wining and crying when you take away the bottle (weather to burp or becuase it is done), but then will stop crying usually within about 15 to 30 seconds or keep crying, in which I usually give her more.

How do you know when your LO is full?
