Is this normal?

I am 5 days post csection, and I'm noticing some discomfort when I empty my bladder. As I'm peeing, I feel a kind of cramping that makes emptying the bladder uncomfortable not excruciating but it does hurt.
Anyone else? Is this normal?

It's a crampy ache in my lower abdomen not burning or anything.
