Autism potty training

Hello. I have a 4 1/2 year old girl with autism and I need potty trading advice. I also have a 15 month old and am 12 weeks pregnant so we are busy around here. The typical "let them go naked for two days and figure it iut" thing doesn't work on her. We have tried on several occasions. Her verbal ability is limited so its hard to know how much she understands. But lately she has been taking off her diaper as soon as she wets. Anyone in this situation with suggestions??
