Hello everyone,

I am brand new to this board - so apologies in advance if this question has been asked and answered before...

I found out at the very end of my last pregnancy that I was positive with FVL. I did the round of postpartum lovonox shots, but never followed up with a hematologist.

After many months of trying for baby #2, I got my BFP yesterday. According to preg. calendar I am 5w4d. How is the process different for FVL pregnancies? When do you start shots? How soon should I contact my OB? Does FVL automatically classify me as high-risk?
