When to move up bedtime

My 3 month old son usually goes to bed around 9:30pm, lately he's been waking up at 1:00am and 4:00 am to eat... He has been falling around around 7 or 8 at night and then I get home up to eat at 9:15pm.. Then put him to bed, does this sound like he should be put to bed around 7 or 8.? Would this keep him sleeping longer stretches at night? What time does your baby go to bed at night and how old are they? What are their wakings like at night?
