apperopriate sprinkle gift?

in our area the "sprinkle" is the term for the 2nd shower. Just got invited to an old friends sprinkle and included in the invite is a baby registry. Looked at the registry and WOW! this is her 2nd daughter less than 16 month apart and there is nothing under $60! not judging but can't swing a gift of that magnitude. what would be a good gift for the mom who literally has everything. her 1st shower was crazy and she got everything a baby could want/need! suggestions?
